What a week! I was so busy that I almost forgot to update my blog. Senior finals gave me a few more grey hairs—seriously, I’m pretty sure I’m one more “I forgot to input grades” away from starting a new trend in the silver fox department. “I did turn in all my missing assignments, but the teacher hasn’t inputted them yet” became my unofficial catchphrase. But guess what? The kid pulled a miracle and graduated last night! 🎉 Eeeek!
Now, let’s dive into the juicy (and slightly less chaotic) part of my HRT journey. Drumroll, please… I’m down 6.6 pounds and a whopping 5.5 inches! 🎉 Cue the confetti! But with all the graduation stress, my sleep has been all over the place. I was convinced I’d need a sleep mask and a lullaby playlist just to get some shut-eye. But last night? Finally good sleep! I woke up feeling like I could conquer the world!

Oh, and let’s talk about headaches. They’ve been visiting me like unwanted relatives during the holidays. But hey, with hormones doing the cha-cha and stress levels hitting the roof, I’m just calling it a “bad week.” At least I can laugh about it, right? 🤣
On the bright side, my workouts are feeling stronger than ever. I’m back to heavy lifting, and let me tell you, it feels glorious! Clothes are fitting better too—my wardrobe is officially having a mid-life crisis, but in a good way!
